Very nice, powerful composition. I like how the asymmetry creates a feeling of discord. I really like the draping of the cloak, and it's transition to webs and blood at the bottom. As far as photo quality, just throw a lot of light on it before you photograph it. Take it outside if you have to, that will help cut down on the blur and greying.
